1st Annual St. Joseph’s Dinner Dance

By March 28, 2025April 15th, 2025No Comments

Queen of Peace hosted its first annual St. Joseph’s Dinner Dance on March 12. Held at the beautifully renovated Antun’s of Queens Village, 160 guests helped to honor St. Joseph, earthly father of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the patron saint of the Little Sisters of the Poor!

Mother Joseph Caroline welcomed guests, gave a lovely explanation as to the role of St. Joseph in the lives of the Little Sisters and lead everyone in prayer.

Guests enjoyed a delicious cocktail hour, three course dinner and cash bar. Thanks to our extraordinary Auxiliary team, we were able to raffle 27 uniquely crafted baskets along with 5 specialty items that included two tickets to Hamilton on Broadway!

To describe the evening as enjoyable would be an understatement thanks in no small part to The Second Street Band who had everyone on the dance floor even as the house lights were turned on at evenings end!

It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and to welcome new friends into the Queen of Peace family!  The Little Sisters and all of our beloved Residents feel so very blessed to be a part of such a joyful, dedicated, generous and loving community!
