New York State Department of Health Report
The following message was received in a letter from the New York State Department of Health: “… Public Health Law (PHL) section2808-e(2) requires that each nursing home conspicuously post both within the facility and on the facility’s website the facility’s overall ‘star’ rating by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services that reflect the facility’s ratings for health, staffing, and quality measures … ”
